J'ai réservé des billets de bus sur leur site web, comme cadeau d'anniversaire pour ma copine. Après nous être présentés deux fois au départ et n'avoir vu aucun bus arriver, nous avons essayé de contacter quelqu'un du centre touristique. En vain. Nous avons alors marché jusqu'au palais du pape, car c'est là que part le petit train touristique. Là-bas il y avait une employée qui nous a dit que le bus ne repartait qu'en milieu de semaine et que sinon il n'y avait plus de trajets. Très décevant. Je veux être remboursé.
