Getting There

  • Metro: The red line takes you right to the Burj Khalifa
  • The Dubai Mall Fashion avenue is undergoing an experience upgrade. For now, the lower ground (LG) level food court will remain closed and there is no seated space available
  • We recommend that groups arrive no more than ten minutes prior to the scheduled time to avoid extended queuing and inconvenience to guests
Ski Dubai: Snow Park (Fun, Plus or Premium)

Getting there:

  • Metro: Red line 2, exit at the Mall of Emirates Station

Parking:

  • Fridays, Saturdays & public holidays: Free
  • During weekdays, parking is free for 4 hours only. However, Ski Dubai customers can validate their parking ticket to get free access

Access to the Mall of the Emirates parking:

  • From Abu Dhabi: Access 3 (Near Sheraton)
  • From Sharjah: Mall Entrance, 1, 2, 3 floors over the bridge
  • From Al Barsha: 2 entrances from Lulu side, first floor & ground floor access; from Al Barsha area, ground floor access
