Gellért Spa

The Gellért Spa is part of the famous Art Nouveau Hotel Gellért on the right bank of the Danube. Budapest was awarded the title of Spa City in 1934 and Gellért Spa, widely acknowledged as one of the most beautiful in all of Budapest, is one of the main reasons. The restorative traditions on this spot stretch way into the past; references to healing waters in this location are found from as early as the 13th century.

Great and relaxing spa experience in one of the most beautiful Art Nouveau buildings in the city. Easy access with the skip-the-line Tiqets ticket. Highly recommended.

Gellért Spa: Skip The Line
Had a relaxing time and spent most of the morning in the outdoor pool. Staff were very friendly and ready to help. Don’t forget to bring flip flops.

The online tickets resource worked great! Although online no massages were available, we were asked if we wanted to include massages at the spa. Great way to book in advance!

Gellért Spa: Skip The Line + Massage + Private Cabin
The large wave pool was cordoned off which was a disappointment. Only got one locker between 2 of us and was a very tight squeeze. Would recommend people taken own large towel as costs 1000florint to hire small towel which gets wet really quick! Enjoyed experience but think I'd try Széchenyi spa as more pools. Overall good experience
