Es wurde mir erst nach Kauf des Ticketts mitgeteilt, dass das Tickett ( bestellt am 8.1. für den 23.1. ) erst 4-0 Tage vor dem Event per Post !!!!! zugestellt werde. Eine elektronische Übermittlung war offensichtlich nicht möglich. Da ich bereits am 18. 1., also 5 Tage vor dem Event eine Rundreise antreten wollte und in Hamburg , dem Ort des Events, noch keine postalische Adresse angeben konnte, habe ich unmittelbar nach Kaufabschluß den Kauf stornieren wollen. Das war nicht möglich! So lag meine Eintrittskarte für den 23.1. 1o.00 Uhr zum Museum in Hamburg in Papierform !!!!! am 22.1. 18.00 Uhr in Bochum bereit und war für mich in Hamburg unerreichbar.
Kurz: Mitteilung wichtiger Lieferdaten ( Lieferung in 11 - 15 Tagen und nur in Papierform ) erst nach Kauf der Eintrittskarten. Eine wegen der späten Lieferdaten notwendige und unmittelbar nach Erhalt der Daten versuchte Stornierung, war nicht möglich. Die Karten waren so für mich unbenutzbar.
