Rising to 55 meters, The View is an eye-catching spectacle standing against the city's dynamic backdrop.

Every hour, 42 exquisitely crafted gondolas are primed and ready to transport up to 800 awestruck visitors for a multicolored LED light show.

As the gondolas ascend, Brussels unveils its beauty in a beautiful panorama; the iconic Atomium sparkles to one side and the Grand Place, on the other. If you're lucky, you might even be able to spy on the bustling European neighborhood.

And everyone's invited! The View caters to all tastes, with an opulent VIP gondola for those seeking a sprinkle of glamour, and a generously proportioned gondola specially designed for wheelchair users.

When my partner and I arrived at the Reuzenrad / The View it was closed and greeted (through the glass of the ticket booth) by a “go-away” hand movement. So overall it was a bad experience and...
When my partner and I arrived at the Reuzenrad / The View it was closed and greeted (through the glass of the ticket booth) by a “go-away” hand movement. So overall it was a bad experience and we didn’t even get to ride the attraction. I get it if we were annoying tourists, but in actuality we are from The Netherlands and visit Brussel/Brussels a lot! So to get this treatment is also not normal for the Belgian people to do. Hopefully one day it will work our luck. But until than, I would say make sure it is open (in person, online wasn’t accurate) and than buy your tickets. Don’t buy them in advance, that was our mistake.
