Thanks to Pablo; the best driver of Italy. According to Mr. Xxx the tour guide and he is right. Those two were a perfect team together and gave us a lovely day. Thank you!

The experience offered by CityWonders was one that met our expectations. We had the chance to sit in front of and close to the guide Monica, an enthusiastic woman who, throughout our adventure, explained to us in great detail details and experiences related to the places we passed through. We also had the services of an extremely good coach driver in the person of Antonio and although we climbed the mountain on narrow and winding roads, no one in our group felt bad. The road from Milan passed through the eastern side of Lake Como, with spectacular scenery especially in the border area with Switzerland to St. Moritz. The stop in St. Moritz lasted 1.5 hours, time for a short excursion through the famous winter resort of the planet's rich. After a short stop at Hanselmann's patisserie and Läderach's chocolate shop, we took the Red Bernina Express to Campocologno, the last station on the train at the Italian border. The train route is spectacular but I recommend booking the new carriages with larger passenger spaces and panoramic views. In the carriages I traveled in, the spaces do not ensure all the comfort of a traveler. There we were met by Antonio who picked us up and offered us a last stop in Tireno for a visit to the Basilica della Madonna di Tirano or the shops in the area. This whole trip took almost 12 hours but it was worth all the money (122 euros/person). Thank you Monica, thank you Antonio and CityWonders!

Oscar did a fantastic job driving and Hajo did an excellent job of pointing out the different scenery and taking us to special spots in towns. It was a fabulous tour and I highly recommend it. On a side note: read the small print. I only saw the word bus once and that was after I went back to check. The train ride itself is 2.5 hrs. So be aware in case you get motion sickness and need to take something ahead of time. This did not take away from the beautiful trip was just a surprise to discover at last minute.
