Excellent
A world-class gallery. Apart from the spectacular Klimt paintings, there are many other fabulous artworks. Would highly recommend a visit.

Loved it. The paintings were in great condition and the museum was not too crowded at 10am. But I think the Vienna pass might be a better deal.

A lovely palace and gardens with a unique history. The fact that we could enjoy the art exhibits as well was an absolutely delightful bonus.

About: Belvedere Palace

The Belvedere Palace is in fact two palaces – Upper and Lower, both of which were built by Prince Eugene of Savoy.

These Habsburg palaces are the centerpieces of gorgeously landscaped gardens, with tiered fountains and statues nestled in the greenery. Both palaces are filled with priceless art in the permanent collections (including Gustav Klimt's The Kiss), as well as changing exhibitions.
