Palau de la Música
The Palau de la Musica Orfeo Catala is a luxurious Catalan Art Nouveau masterpiece. Built between 1905 and 1908, the building unites the decorative arts of sculpture, mosaic, stained glass and ironwork. Surprisingly it wasn't designed by Gaudí. It was dreamed up by another Catalan architect: Lluís Domènech i Montaner.
The Palau was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1997.

one piece of music was played on a remote controlled organ and it was fabulous.no matter how much we pleaded for another piece-we were turned down despite the fact that the tour ended earlier than tendered and there was time for 3 more minutes.
otherwise as i said this is a fabulous place and the entrance arrangements via advance ordering is also very good.
don't miss it but prepare yr homework before as you may not get all the info required.
