Join a guided jamón masterclass near the Sagrada Familia. You’ll taste seven types of Iberian ham, paired with Spanish wines and cava, while a master explains each one.

The experience takes place just steps from the Sagrada Familia and lasts 90 minutes. You’ll also learn how each jamón pairs with wine and cava. This masterclass is designed to give you a deeper understanding of Iberian ham.

During the session, a professional will guide you through seven jamón varieties, including Paleta Gran Reserva, Paleta 50% Ibérico Cebo, Paleta 50% Ibérico Campo, Paleta 50% Ibérico Bellota, Cubes of 50% Ibérico Bellota, Jamón 50% Ibérico Bellota, and Paleta 100% Ibérico Bellota, and explain how they differ.
