Calling all dragon slayers! Here are two exhibitions in one visit about dragons and the origins of modernism in a huge space inside the courtyard of the Manzana de la Discordia (a small secret oasis in the middle of the Eixample).
Take a magical flight through the Centre d'Art Amatller and the Barcelona of 1900 on a dragon - yes, really! Thanks to virtual reality you will see the most emblematic characters of Catalan Modernism come to life in an animated illustration made by the iconic illustrator Pilarín Bayés.
Enter the first immersive experience dedicated to Modernism, and learn the legend of Sant Jordi. Discover the symbolism of dragons around the world thanks to the best technology in Europe!

Casa Batlló
Gaudí's masterpiece, Casa Batlló located in the heart of Barcelona, was built in 1877. In 1904, the wealthy Batlló family asked Gaudí to build another in its place. Instead, he decided to renovate the building and did so in his own inimitable style. With a wavy animalistic facade, brilliant colors, and thought-provoking whimsical features everywhere (check out the roof terrace), this is a Gaudí wonder.
