The museum was excellent and the prepaid ticket was a great idea that went smoothly. However when I came to the museum with the ticket on my mobile, it had to be printed before I could go in. That took a long time and was a complicated process for the staff to do. If you could eliminate this step, and have a kiosk outside where people could buy their ticket electronically, you could get rid of lineups, have more people visit, and more income for Greece. Just an idea!
