The best time to visit Aquaventure Waterpark is early morning, close to when the park opens.

Flash your Aquaventure Waterpark tickets, escape the long queues and cover all the top rides at the start of your day, while the lines are still relatively short, and also while it's cooler.

Dubai can get very hot in the middle of the day, especially during summer. There is plenty of shade throughout Aquaventure Waterpark, but be sure to reapply the sunscreen and take regular breaks from the water during this time.

Use the lockers and changing room near Dolphin Bay – free shower gel, hairdryers, and also dental kits.

Aquaventure Waterpark recommends you bring your own towel, but if you forget, you can hire one at the entrance.

You're not allowed to bring food and drinks into Aquaventure Waterpark from outside, but there are plenty of restaurants and other places to buy things inside.

Aquaventure Waterpark tickets do not include any dolphin encounters. Next to the Aquaventure Waterpark you'll find Dolphin Bay, where you can swim with dolphins. Both attractions are at Atlantis: The Palm.

If you wish to experience a one-of-a-kind interaction with dolphins in the depths of the Dolphin Bay lagoon, you will need to purchase a different ticket for one of the various Dolphin Experiences. These tickets then give you access to Aquaventure Waterpark for the day.

You can also purchase a ticket to Aquaventure Waterpark that includes a 1-day admission to the Lost Chambers Aquarium.

Choose the right Aquaventure Waterpark tickets for you:

  • An entry ticket gets you access to the entire waterpark

  • Combine entry to Aquaventure Waterpark with other nearby attractions in Dubai when you buy a city pass, including The View at the Palm and the Palm Monorail, which will take you straight to the waterpark

  • Most guests spend about 4–5 hours at the park
  • To avoid crowds, weekdays, and mornings are your best bet
  • You must wear swimwear while in the water. You may also want to bring comfortable non-slip water shoes
  • You can rent a locker to store your valuables while you're at the park
  • There are changing rooms and washrooms onsite
  • You may not bring your own food, but you can purchase food at one of the restaurants at the waterpark
  • You may be eligible for a 50% discount if you are a caregiver or are disabled person (with valid documentation)
  • If you have a disability, contact the waterpark before visiting and they can provide onsite staff assistance during your visit

Incredible place with so much to do! The staff are all very polite, and there are plenty of spots to sit and relax. Plus, there are many options for food and drinks.
