Easy, understandable process. Paper tickets were easy to scan (we used digital a week earlier and they weren't always able to scan).

The signage in the station was very poor. There were no clear signs to which platform that the train to the airport was leaving from. We had to search for a guard to help us in the end.

It was a train it went there then … hold on try and guess … it went back again … I know my expectations weren’t high but it did all that a train can do
