Visit ARTIS Zoo, one of the five oldest zoos in the world, and see animals, historic buildings, gardens, and exhibitions in the center of Amsterdam.

Journey into space at the ARTIS Planetarium to learn about stars, planets, and space exploration, or explore life underwater at the historic ARTIS Aquarium, which recently reopened after a major five-year renovation to showcase vibrant coral reefs and the aquatic life of Amsterdam's canals.

If you visit during the May holiday period, children can also participate in special educational activities, including birdwatching and learning about elephants as a WWF ranger.
