Cyberpunk: Envisioning Possible Futures Through Cinema
The Academy Museum’s exhibition displays production materials, costumes, props, and concept art from cyberpunk films like Blade Runner and Ghost in the Shell.
An installation with a voice-over by Alex Rivera explores cyberpunk’s origins and its expansion into genres such as Afrofuturism, Latinxfuturism, and Indigenous Futurism.
