The Museum of the 1989 Revolution in Timișoara offers an overview of some of the most important moments in the recent history of Europe and Romania. The museum includes documentation, posters, photography from the days of the revolution, and a 20-minute informative video covering the events which took place in December 1989. The museum was founded by the Revolution Memorial Association, which aims to honor and keep alive the memory of the revolutionary martyrs as well as to uncover the truth about the events that took place during the revolution.
