Kunsthistorisches Museum (KHM) features an extensive art collection that belonged to the once-mighty Habsburg family. It houses pieces by Caravaggio and Titian - and many other Renaissance and Baroque masterpieces.

Viennese classical composers once made groundbreaking music with some of the instruments in the Historical Musical Instruments section. There are also impressive collections of coins, arms, and armor and Egyptian, Near Eastern, Greek, and Roman antiquities.

Buying the ticket was easy, the site is very practical and handy and the 1 euro discount was a very nice surprise!

Not great, the receptionist working at the time was angry! She was not kind to her customers and I felt sorry for the lady in front of me who took her wrath

I fell on the staircase, got a head injury bleeding from my scalp and required getting sutures in the .Unfall-Krankenhaus Wien Meidling trauma center. So I did not complete my tour and I wish I...
I fell on the staircase, got a head injury bleeding from my scalp and required getting sutures in the .Unfall-Krankenhaus Wien Meidling trauma center. So I did not complete my tour and I wish I could get another ticket to see the museum on my next trip to Vienna.
