A Tiqets representative gave me incorrect information about this event. When we arrived, our tickets weren’t accepted because of a mobility issue I had. I had asked Tiqets during the day whether it would be a problem and was told no.
It turned out to be a health & safety issue for the staff and myself.
I was advised by staff to request refund because the Tiqets staff member was wrong.
I am currently working through this process and hope that Tiqets will fulfill the request due to their error.
