Park was brilliant and facilities where good, only problem is the kids splash pool had been shut, this said they compensated us on arrival to lunch so can’t complain

It was bad your website advertising heated pools the water was freezing therefore we was unable to use it so I just lost my money

I had a very nasty accident by hitting the side of my face on the floor of the pool coming off one of the slides upside down. I was very lucky not to be in hospital.
My daughter fell and hurt...
I had a very nasty accident by hitting the side of my face on the floor of the pool coming off one of the slides upside down. I was very lucky not to be in hospital.
My daughter fell and hurt herself twice on the very slippery floor. Put us off going to a water park again.
