Just be aware that the instructions from Tiqets are confusing. After buying the tickets it is stated...
Universal Singapore is Fantastic! A great set of world class rides at a very affordable price.
Just be aware that the instructions from Tiqets are confusing. After buying the tickets it is stated that you can use the tickets at the gate. But further down the instructions it says that the tickets aren't actual tickets and that you need to download them via 'ViewMyBooking' (no clue what they mean by this). And in the instructions they also write 'As of June 1st 2024 you can't enter Universal Studios Singapore anymore with a ticket'. Say what???
We ended up going to guest services at the entrance of the park with our Tickets from Tiquets. The staff quickly exchanged them for real tickets. So in the end no problem. But someone from Tiquets should definitly take a look at the confusing instructions as they make no sense.
