Our guide Remi was amazing, super friendly and great with our kids, and very informative. He has a good sense of humor and also made sure everyone was comfortable. Nice to be in a small group. He told great stories and insights about the tower. We hardly waited at all in April 2024. I would recommend this tour and definitely feel like it was worth it.

The tour guide was great. However, two of the people in the group were running late. We had to wait for them and subsequently missed our entrance time so had to wait with the general public. ...
The tour guide was great. However, two of the people in the group were running late. We had to wait for them and subsequently missed our entrance time so had to wait with the general public. One of the benefits of the tour is being able to "skip the lines" which we weren't able to do. I don't think it was fair to the rest of the group.
