I had to ask staff of the gallery how to find the “guide” because he put the guide sign on the floor. It isn’t a really priority entrance because I had to wait over 20 minutes in the que. I regret...

The entrance time we had booked was not kept due to many visitors already queuing at the entrance. Our tickets were priority - skip the line - but the guide kept putting us off until later without...

Our tickets were priority - skip the line - but the guide kept putting us off until later without really being helpful, so we asked him to give us the tickets, took action ourselves and then entered the exhibition 2 hours later than planned.
