Once activated, your ticket is valid for the number of hours you’ve chosen.

  • Swap your smartphone voucher for your Valencia Tourist Card at the Tourist Info Valencia Office located in the Arrivals Hall of Valencia Airport (Manises Airport) or at any other tourist information office around the city
  • The card will be activated when used for the first time on public transport, after which it is valid for the chosen period

Bought the card online. But not able to print QR code, or certificate on line. Have to go to 2 places to find the headquarter to pick up the card. This is very inconvenient.
